ENGGYAC YYC was thrilled to welcome Aliesha and Sheryl from APEGA’s Equity, Diversity, and Inclusivity group. This training session illustrated how unconscious bias impacts our interpersonal interactions and presented tactics to actively and consciously control these biases in the workplace and personal life. After this interactive presentation, the event opened to networking with on the patio over food and drink.
