About Me:

I’ve always had many diverse interests; my love for learning, teaching, and exploring new ideas is part of what led me to pursue grad studies. I grew up ski racing and now share that passion as a coach, where I have lots of fun applying my knowledge of mechanics to better understand and teach skiing technique. Music has always been a big part of my life—I’m a trained saxophonist but also love teaching myself new instruments like guitar, piano, and clarinet. Creative writing, especially poetry, is another outlet I enjoy, and some of my poems have been published. And, of course, I love hanging out with my golden retriever, Louie.

I speak fluent German!
